Chef Mark Muller - "executive chef" of Walter's cafe & bistro
Chef Muller started cooking on the east coast of South Africa.  He traveled through the French West Indies and spent time cooking in Boston and New Jersey.  His favorite taste for cooking is Malaysian and Continental cuisines.
